Recognized as a seasoned professional and an effectual leader with a proven ability to exceed sales quotas. Willie’s experience encompasses more than 30 years of inside/outside Insurance and Financial Services Sales, Group and Individual Enrollment Presentation facilitation, and holding a prominent role as a Business Solutions & Employee Benefits Consultant. Attended Rutgers University and majored in Business Administration. Hold’s Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Theology from the Hugee Theological Institute in New York.
Served as a Board of Director for several non-profit organizations and received acknowledgments for civic and community services rendered. Willie’s time as a Sales Representative spurred his interest in building relationships with small business owners and professional associations to further broaden my client base.
At present, Willie serves small business communities so that they can grow, expand, maintain, and be profitable just as large businesses. He’s built strong relationships with his clients because he focuses on understanding the needs and challenges of the small business and meet those needs and challenges with value, outstanding experts, and at below-market prices.
Making connections is Willie’s strong suit and he created the Business Resource Connector to carry on his commitment to serving small business owners and helping them find the necessary resources they need to meet and exceed their goals.

With over 30 years experience in the insurance industry as a claims professional functioning as a Claims Management Analyst, Claims Supervisor and Home Office Supervisor, throughout her career handling property and casualty claims, Mamie is often consulted for her knowledge and wisdom. Mamie is recognized as a person of integrity who does whatever she can to connect people to resources that can benefit them in some way.
Attended Seton Hall University and majored in Business Administration. Holds Bachelor Degrees in Theology and Religious Education, a Master’s Degree in Theology and a Doctorate of Divinity degree. Alumni of the state of New Jersey’s Entrepreneurial Training Institute and Leadership Newark – a fellowship program for qualified professionals committed to community involvement. She has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and she is the co-founder of four non-profit organizations. She has experience in facilitating workshops, seminars and effectively providing leadership training to individuals looking to become successful leaders and entrepreneurs.
Currently, Mamie helps protect individuals, families, and businesses as a LegalShield Independent Associate by offering identity theft protection (IDShield) and legal plans. In addition to being co-founder of Business Resource Connector LLC, Mamie is a certified mediator trained to assist in alternative dispute resolution and a Notary Signing Agent. Mamie is President & CEO of MST Mediation Solutions LLC. Through these services, she focuses on helping more people with resources that are often needed, but not easily accessible. Business Resource Connector exists to become a center of influence that can boost market access and credibility through word of mouth referrals and testimonials.
